Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

Tiffany May Yan Chan, LLC ("we," "us," or "I") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tiffanymchan.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a session, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organization, type of group, group size, timing, and anything else you choose to share in your message.

Payment information. When you pay for services, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe provides us with transaction records and the last four digits of the card used.

Scheduling information. When you book a session, Acuity Scheduling collects your name, email, and appointment details.

Newsletter information. If you subscribe to Love Power Leadership, Substack collects your email address and manages your subscription.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. We use Google Analytics for this. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
