Leaders Go First
We have mastered power as force.
We know how to build,
how to move markets,
how to win.
It has taken us far.
It can take us no further.
Force can move what exists. It cannot birth what has never existed.
The new calls for something else.
To see beyond what we know.
To be changed by what we hear.
To act on what we cannot yet prove.
Creation asks for Love.
Not sentiment. Not softness.
The intelligence that turns power toward life.
The leader is the first system.
What lives in us runs through everything we lead.
So we go first.
Into truth before comfort.
Into questions before answers.
Into the unknown before there are maps.
Every future is embodied by a few before it is lived by the many.
Let it be us.
LEADERS GO FIRST.
