1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services (including coaching sessions, Akashic Records readings, courses, and other offerings), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Eligibility

  • Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Coaching sessions, Akashic Records readings, and courses are for personal and professional development purposes. We do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Coaching & Akashic Records Sessions: Refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the session. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to an emergency outside your control.

  • Courses & Group Programs: You may attend the first class and request a full refund within 24 hours after the first session—no questions asked. No refunds will be provided beyond this period.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Emergencies & Unforeseen Events: If an emergency (e.g., natural disaster, sudden illness) prevents you from attending a session, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

  • No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Sessions missed for reasons within your control will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including course materials, session recordings, PDFs, and website content, is the intellectual property of Higher and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share our content without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • While we maintain strict confidentiality in coaching and Akashic Records sessions, please note that confidentiality is subject to legal limitations (e.g., if disclosure is required by law).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our services are provided as is without any warranties, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, Akashic Records readings, or courses. Results depend on personal commitment and individual circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our services.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Code of Conduct

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Show respect in all communications.

  • Not harass, disrupt, or violate the rights of others.

  • Not misuse or abuse services in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone who violates these terms.
