Katharine Campbell Hirst
Katharine is a leadership coach, business strategist, and communications expert who helps powerful women paradigm shift—so they can lead, grow, and live in a way that’s fully aligned with who they’ve become.
Before becoming a coach, Katharine spent 15+ years advising founders, creatives, and senior executives in the US and Europe. She led brand communications for Tory Burch during the pandemic and co-created a museum about the history of espionage. She’s worked in strategy consulting, political speechwriting, and brand storytelling—and brings all of that to the women she supports today.
Katharine’s approach blends the strategic and the soulful. She supports women to build lives and businesses that feel both potent and peaceful—through deep conversation, practical clarity, and energetic shift. Her work is rooted in the belief that the old paradigms of success no longer serve us—and that the way forward requires new maps, created by women who are willing to lead differently.
She is an Advisor to the Tory Burch Foundation and the New York Fashion Tech Lab, and is currently writing *The Baubo Project*—a new handbook for feminine entrepreneurship based on interviews with some of the most successful women founders and creators of our time.

Before stepping into this path, Tiffany spent over 15 years shaping global leadership agendas. A former World Economic Forum fellow, she led high-level strategy initiatives to finance international development, working closely with CEOs, heads of state, and global philanthropic foundations. She holds an MBA from Babson College and an Executive Master's jointly from Columbia and Wharton, bringing a rare combination of analytical rigor, spiritual depth, and cultural fluency to her clients.
Tiffany’s approach is rooted in energetic precision, emotional healing, and spiritual integration. Through private mentorship, group programs, and Akashic Records guidance, she supports leaders to dissolve unconscious blocks, expand their capacity, and embody love as power. Her clients include high-performing founders, Fortune 100 executives, and cultural change makers who are ready to lead in alignment with their soul’s divine expression.
She is currently developing Soul-Led Leadership for Systemic Transformation - a new framework for leadership that centers love, consciousness, and coherence as catalysts for collective evolution.
