On Surrender
Hey friend,
I see you - the weight you’re carrying, the pressure to keep it all together, to make sure it all goes according to plan.
It’s a lot, isn’t it?
Sometimes, it feels like if you loosen your grip, everything might fall apart. Holding on feels like the only way to stay safe.
But I want you to hear this: You don’t have to keep living this way.
I know that might sound counterintuitive.
We’re taught that control equals safety, and that if we just try hard enough, we can keep everything in place. But what if the relief you’re longing for comes not from holding on, but from letting go?
Not giving up—not at all—but loosening the grip.
It’s like floating on water: when you tense up and fight the current, it pulls you under. But when you soften, when you trust the water to hold you, you start to float.
Life is like that.
When you stop trying to control every outcome, you give it space to surprise you, to meet you where you are, in ways you might not have expected—but exactly what you need.
So take a breath.
Allow yourself to feel the relief that comes from knowing you’re supported, even now.
Life is here, holding you, if you let it.
With love,
The Universe
